When the Jollof takes over your house

So I decided that I would make jollof rice. I am sure those of you have made jollof rice before, will see where this is going. I wanted jollof, my husband signed on to the jollof, but there are only two people in the house. It is impossible to make a little jollof. So now my freezer is full of jollof as are we.
